1 Who is responsible for your data

Naughty Capy, the creator of My Hentai Fantasy, is responsible for the data described here. You can reach us at [email protected] or through our Discord server.

2 Signing in with Discord

Our website lets you sign in with Discord (OAuth2) so you can vote in the community poll. We also operate a Discord bot inside our own server, which reads the roles of the member who just signed in.

What we receive from Discord

• Your Discord user ID and username (OAuth2 scope identify).
• The list of servers you belong to, used only to check whether you are a member of our own server (scopes guilds, guilds.members.read).
• Your roles inside our server only, read by our bot using the Server Members Intent, to work out how much your vote is worth.

What we store

• Your Discord user ID and username.
• Whether you are a member of our server and whether you hold one of the roles that grant voting power.
• The resulting vote weight and which polls you have already voted in.

3 Signing in with Patreon or SubscribeStar

If you sign in with Patreon or SubscribeStar, we receive and store the account identifier, your public display name and the membership details returned by those platforms — the tier you are on, whether the subscription is active and its amount. Depending on the permissions you grant to Patreon, the membership payload may also include the email address linked to your Patreon account.

We use this only to check whether you are entitled to download a given version of the game and how much voting power you get in the supporters poll. We never see or store your payment details: all payments are handled by Patreon or SubscribeStar.

4 What we use the data for

• To let you vote once per poll phase and to weight votes by tier or role.
• To decide whether your account can access the download links for a version.
• To keep anonymous counters of visits and downloads, so we know how the game is doing.
• To keep you signed in, using a session cookie.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising, and we do not use it to profile you or to send you marketing.

5 Cookies

We use a single, strictly necessary session cookie that keeps you logged in while you browse. It contains a random session identifier, not your personal data. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6 Where your data is stored and for how long

Data is stored in our own MongoDB database on the server that hosts the website. We keep your account record for as long as you keep using the site. Session data expires on its own. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove it and you simply lose the record of the votes you cast.

7 Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the account you signed in with, or contact us on our Discord server, and we will handle the request within 30 days.

You can also revoke our access at any time from Discord → User Settings → Authorised Apps, or from the equivalent screen in Patreon and SubscribeStar.

8 Age restriction

My Hentai Fantasy is adult content. The site and the game are intended for people aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.

9 Third-party services

Signing in and paying happens on platforms with their own privacy policies, which we recommend you read: Discord, Patreon and SubscribeStar. Game builds are distributed through MEGA.

10 Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced on our Discord server.
